My name is Alexandre, I am 31 years old, I have been working at IT Link for eight and a half years and I am responsible for service centers in telecommunications and transport.

What is your background?

I did a BTS engineering technical assistance and a license in automotive embedded systems. In parallel with my studies, I was a youth worker for several years and IT Link was my first employer after leaving school.

Tell us about your experiences within the Group

I started at IT Link as an automotive electronics validator. I was working on comfort and driver assistance functions on test benches and on vehicles. I then took the position of Flying Engineer for a manufacturer based in Italy. I visited all European sites to carry out research and certification missions. In particular, I had the opportunity to go to Lapland, South Korea and Spain.

In 2021, I participated in the opening of the Moroccan branch of IT Link by training and coaching new recruits. Today, nearly 40 people make up the team and I am very, very proud to have been able to participate in this development.

Once back in France, I coordinated the validation for a 100% electrical project for a major manufacturer. In collaboration with the set manager, I took care of the local management of the teams as well as the daily relationships with the customer.

What does the job of Service Center Manager consist of?

Today, I am in charge of managing the number of consultants who are permanently present at the client's premises. I ensure the quality of their deliverables, I lead the steering committees with the client, I manage them on a daily basis so that their work is as pleasant and relevant as possible. I am also in contact with the administration on the IT Link side, with payroll and HR services, to liaise with the teams on site.

What are the qualities required for this job?

I have the opportunity to interact with a lot of people, consultants, of course, but also customers. It requires a good relationship and social ease.
You also have to be rigorous to manage several clients, several consultants on several projects, and you have to like to travel. I have to move all over France on IT Link agencies and on client sites.

Do you have a passion in life?

I am passionate about cars and generally everything that has wheels and a motor, even an electric motor.

I go to the movies very often and I listen to music almost all the time.
