Hello, my name is Kevin, I have been with RADès since the beginning of 2020 and I am in charge of recruitment, trade and the life of society in general.

First of all, when it comes to recruitment, I will be the first gateway for our candidates into the company. I will be in charge of the first interview and then the follow-up of the application.

When it comes to trading, I am in charge of opening new accounts and maintaining my portfolio.

Internally, I will also be in charge of organizing the evenings for our employees by trying to find new activities in a pleasant setting. And finally the organization of the annual seminar.

Finally, I will also be the first point of contact for our employees on everything that will be administrative or HR matters.

The recruitment process at RADès is in three steps.

The first is an interview with me where I will introduce candidates to our company and also try to understand what the motivations of this candidate are.

The second step will be a meeting with a senior consultant for a more technical interview.

And finally, a final interview with the general management who, in addition to the feedback from the two previous interviews, will decide on the recruitment of the person.

Once the candidate is recruited, he will enter a training process, where we will train him on technologies that we use with our customers: mainly the Elastic stack, but also on the functional environments proposed for his future mission.

We are looking for engineers or equivalent BAC + 5 in the purest definition of the term, that is to say a person to whom our customers will entrust a problem and who will be able to solve it. For this, we do not have any particular prerequisites other than the fact that we come from an IT sector.

Since our customers have different environments and subjects, we must be able to constantly question ourselves and to be able to adapt quickly.

The advice I would give to someone who would like to join us would be that before going through the interviews, you should take an interest in the company and especially during the whole process challenge these interlocutors by asking them questions.
