IT Link France Certified Great Place to Work™ in Tech 2026

After achieving the Best Workplaces label earlier this year, IT Link France has just been certified Great Place to Work™ in Tech 2026.

This certification is based on an anonymous survey conducted among Linkers. It measures their perception of the company across several dimensions: trust in management, quality of working relationships, sense of belonging, career development opportunities, and work environment.

For IT Link France, this recognition confirms a point we hold dear: the quality of a tech company is also built on how it supports its teams.

What this certification measures

The Great Place to Work™ in Tech certification highlights tech organizations whose employees recognize the quality of their internal experience.

In our sector, projects evolve quickly. Assignments can involve multiple areas of expertise, several teams, and various client environments. This reality requires flexibility, but also a clear framework for employees.

At IT Link, this framework is based on regular communication, managerial proximity, mutual support among teams, and long-term career development.

This certification doesn't sum up everything. It doesn't claim an organization is perfect. However, it does provide areas for improvement and valuable insight: that of the Linkers themselves.
