Hello Giuseppe, can you tell us about your background?
I am originally from Liège, Belgium, where I have completed my entire academic career. Graduated from a Master in Mechanical Engineering, with a specialization in automotive, I started my career in research and development, by working on innovation projects around thermal comfort of vehicles. This first experience allowed me to model complex systems and to present our work at technology fairs, in France in particular.
Afterwards, I occupied a position more operational, asapplication engineer, where I became themain technical contact for an international customer. I had the opportunity to manage the complete development of an automatic gearbox, from its design to its production, by working closely with multicultural teams. It was a period during which I travelled a lot, and where I forged strong relationships, both professional and human.
And your arrival at IT Link?
After several years in technical project management, I felt the need to Give a new direction to my career, more focused on relational, business and management. I had already been in contact with IT Link for a while, and our exchanges quickly brought to light a common desire to move forward together.

What does your role consist of today?
My role as BU Manager revolves around several key dimensions :
