Good morning everyone!

My name is Cédric and I am a Recruitment Manager in Lyon

What is your background?

After a master's degree at the IAE in Lyon in human resources, I specialized in the field of recruitment in IT services through a first experience of 4 years and then I joined the IT Link Group, 1 year ago now!

What does the job of recruiter consist of?

I manage a team of recruiters and we work closely with Business Managers to identify profiles and skills corresponding to our clients' projects. Then, we are in charge of the search and selection of candidates with whom we conduct various interviews to assess their skills and motivations.

When a profile is selected, we support them in their integration efforts as a Linker.

What do you like the most about your job?

What I like the most is the diversity and the technical dimension of the jobs, which allow me to meet and interact with very varied personalities.

Your passion in life?

I am a big fan of motorsport and especially Formula 1.
