My name is Marie Jeanne, I am 27 years old and I have been a project manager at IT Link for almost two years in the rail sector.

What is your background?

I graduated with a master's degree in embedded electronics and started my career as a hardware developer in a cybersecurity company for almost two years.

Then in 2022, I joined IT LINK for a project as a hardware developer, before being promoted to my current position as project manager. A job that better matches my personality and allows me to put my relational and technical skills into practice.

What does the job of project manager consist of?

My various missions consist in monitoring the progress of the work, in organizing the various visits prior to the OPR, in monitoring the lifting of reservations with the companies and in ensuring the handover of works with the client's various maintenance entities.

What qualities are required?

A lot of flexibility and relationships because there are many interactions with the various project stakeholders, in particular project management, companies, maintenance, project management and also a lot of organization.

A hidden talent?

I have been dancing kizomba and salsa for several years now and it has clearly become my passion.
