My name is Oumaima.
I work at IT Link in Kenitra, Morocco, as a MUX Quality Engineer, a technology that allows multiple signals to be managed via a single network.
What is your background?
After obtaining my DUT in Electrical Engineering from the École Supérieure de Technologie, I continued my studies by obtaining an Engineering Diploma in Electrical Systems and Embedded Systems from the Faculty of Science and Technology.
My professional career started with a year of experience as a Process Engineer, before taking the position of Industrial Development Manager in the automotive field, where I worked for two years.
Currently, I am working as a MUX Quality Engineer in the automotive industry at IT Link.
What does your job consist of?
As a MUX Quality Engineer, I am responsible for the quality of systems using multiplexing.
My missions include:
- MUX system validation and diagnostic coverage.
- The analysis of electrical and electronic faults and the coordination of corrections with the teams.
- The design of MUX system modeling campaigns for vehicles.
- Drafting control procedures for MUX and electrical systems.
It is a key role in the automotive industry to ensure reliable and efficient electronic systems.
What do you like the most about your job?
What I like the most about my job is analysis. Identify the sources of malfunctions or failures in multiplexed systems and propose corrective solutions.
I also appreciate the team spirit, the fact of interacting and collaborating with others to guarantee the overall system.
How would you describe IT Link in one word?
If I had to choose one word to describe IT Link, it would be “Innovation.” IT Link specializes in connected systems with a strong emphasis on technological innovation, whether in embedded systems or in software.
