Launched in partnership with MicroDon, ROUNDING UP on salary allows each employee to support an association by making a micro-donation directly from their pay slip each month. This approach is based on volunteering and 100% of donations are donated to associations. To amplify the impact, the IT Link Group is committed alongside its Linkers by doubling donations.

In order to define the two associations benefiting from Linkers' donations, a vote was organized with 4 pre-selected associations. The latter come from the portfolio of EPIC foundation : a foundation working for education and equal opportunities for children and young people around the world. Collaboration with this foundation makes it possible to ensure a strategic orientation of donations. The associations in the EPIC wallet are rigorously selected for their high impact as well as for their transparent and optimized management of the funds received.

The Telemaque Institute which encourages middle school students, high school students and apprentices from modest backgrounds enrolled in REP and REP+ institutions (Priority Education Network) to be actors in their future. The institute offers a unique “school-business” double tutoring system and allows young people to be monitored by their sponsors for 6 years.

Carolina for Kibera aims to bring out local leaders, drive positive change and reduce poverty in the Kibera slum in Nairobi.

The mobilization of Linkers has already made it possible to collect more than €1000 for the benefit of these two associations.
