Hello, I am Alexis, director of the Benelux agency of the IT Link Group for 2 years now.

What is your background?

I joined the IT Link Group 5 years ago as a Business Manager with the mission of developing the Group's activities in Belgium.

We built a solid and motivated team thanks to an ambitious commercial strategy.

2 years ago, the Group entrusted me with the general management of the entity with the aim of making it a reference for the Belgian, Luxembourg and Dutch markets, in the connection of complex systems.

What are your main missions as branch manager?

I have 3 missions. The first, to position IT Link as a reference in terms of complex system connections on the Belgian, Dutch and Luxembourg markets.

The second, manage a multidisciplinary team composed of technical experts, salespeople, recruiters and administrative assistants.

And the third, develop a positive culture based on collaboration, transparency and the recognition of individual and team performances.

Can you tell us more about IT Link Benelux?

IT Link Benelux is a network of 50 technology experts who are constantly pushing the boundaries of innovation.

We are in a virtuous dynamic with passionate Linkers, stimulating projects and delighted customers.

Together, we go through the entire data chain from its capture through its processing to finish with its restoration.

We work on various types of projects, whether they are projects in space, in buses or even extremely innovative projects related to defense.
