I have been on an apprenticeship at IT Link for 6 months as a recruitment manager.

My job is to find the candidates who are most suited to the needs of our customers.

On a daily basis, my missions are sourcing candidates on Jobboard and LinkedIn, conducting interviews by telephone, video or face-to-face, and supporting talent throughout the recruitment process.

‍

I chose IT Link for my apprenticeship because the contact with the teams went very well and I wanted to discover the world of engineering.

In a few months, I see myself signing my first candidate.
