Vous avez une solide expérience en tant que Wire harness designer avec creo cabling  ?

Pourquoi nous recrutons ?

Chez nous, vous interviendrez sur des projets à dimension internationale dans le secteur automobile et serez en contact direct avec les différents parties prenantes.

Vous intégrerez IT Link mais serez détaché.e chez notre client, et vous serez le ou la référent(e) pour la partie faisceaux électriques d'un produit complexe et innovant (combiné boîte de vitesses / onduleur / ECU).
Le projet a une deadline fixée à fin 2026, ce qui implique un rythme soutenu et une forte attente sur votre autonomie et votre capacité à monter rapidement en compétences.

Parmi vos missions vous serez en charge de :

  • Piloter la conception et le routage 3D des faisceaux électriques sur le produit, en tenant compte des fortes contraintes d'intégration.
  • Être le/la responsable des composants "faisceaux" tout au long du cycle de vie du projet.
  • Assurer l'interface technique avec les fournisseurs : suivi des coûts, de la qualité et des délais (CQD).
  • Gérer la vie série du produit : analyser et résoudre les problèmes techniques rencontrés sur les composants (root cause analysis).
  • Piloter les actions de résolution de défauts et les présenter de manière claire et argumentée aux fournisseurs.
  • Réaliser et valider les schémas électriques et les plans de fabrication 2D.
  • Participer activement aux phases de tests et de validation des prototypes et des préséries.
  • Garantir la conformité des conceptions avec les normes et standards du secteur automobile (CEM, vibrations, thermique...).

Profile

Ce poste est fait pour vous si...

  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans la conception de faisceaux électriques, idéalement dans le secteur automobile
  • Vous avez une solide formation ou expérience en génie électrique ou électrotechnique.
  • Vous êtes autonome, "débrouillard(e)" et aimez prendre en charge un projet de A à Z, de la conception au suivi fournisseur.
  • Vous parlez Anglais .
  • La connaissance de PTC Creo est un véritable atout, et si vous maîtrisez le module Cabling, c'est encore mieux

Ce poste n’est PAS fait pour vous si… vous recherchez un poste 100% orienté conception mécanique CAO et que le contact direct avec les fournisseurs et la résolution de problèmes sur le terrain ne vous intéressent pas.
