Job description
Join our technology consulting sales team in Montreal!
Are you a bilingual salesperson with a passion for technology and a winning spirit? As a salesperson, you'll be responsible for developing new business and managing a portfolio of customers. You'll work closely with a team of technical specialists to provide consulting services and development solutions tailored to our customers' needs. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to the growth of our company in North America.
- Prospect for new customers and develop a customer portfolio via various sources (calls, emails, social media, etc.).
- Follow up customer requests in a timely manner to convert into sales
- Understand customer needs
- Prepare and present customized sales proposals based on customer needs
- Negotiate contract terms and effectively close sales
- Follow up regularly with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage further sales opportunities
- Regularly update CRM
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our services, market trends and competition
- Consistently achieve clearly defined monthly, quarterly and annual targets
- Develop sales tools adapted to different customer groups.

Profile
- Experience in consulting sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from a variety of sectors
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with demonstrated ability to close sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving objectives
- Proficiency in computer tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Bilingualism
